Donner une structure à l'agent avant qu'il travaille

An agent structure is what you put around it before it starts, so it does not run off in every direction. It takes four forms, and five widely followed repos this week give one example each. **A written frame**: a constitution, a spec, a plan and tasks before the first line of code (Spec Kit). **A vocabulary**: precise words for spacing, typography and colour, without which "make it prettier" means nothing to an agent (Impeccable). **Opposing roles**: a bull and a bear who debate before a trader decides (TradingAgents). **An organisation**: directors, leads and specialists passing the work along (Claude Code Game Studios), or a shelf of plugins installed à la carte (wshobson/agents). The common thread fits in one sentence: whoever gets the most out of AI is whoever designs the structure first. The video creator's own experience says it plainly: two days designing his site on boards before letting Claude Code touch it, and the build was the easy part. The slowness moved upstream is the part that has value. Keep the honest caveat: a heavy structure on a small job costs more than it earns, and more roles do not mean more quality.
