Claude Code Game Studios
MIT-licensed project template that turns a Claude Code session into a game studio: 49 agents laid out on three tiers (directors, department leads, specialists), more than seventy skills (the README says 74, the repository description 72), hooks, rules and document templates. Each engine has its own specialists: Godot 4, Unity and Unreal Engine 5. You clone the repo, run `claude` at the root, then `/start` guides you to the right path. Shown in an [Instagram reel](https://www.instagram.com/reel/DfIUKuKhrzG/) by Qendresa Hoti.
Strengths
- Readable three-tier org chart: directors, department leads, per-engine specialists
- Guided starting point: `/start` points you to the right path instead of leaving a blank page
- MIT licence, everything is readable text: roles, rules and hooks can be edited by hand
Limitations
- Starting `claude` from a subfolder skips the project hooks and permissions: you must start at the root
- Needs Git, Python 3 and Bash: not meant for a Windows machine without a Bash environment
- Many moving parts for a small game: the token cost of 49 roles weighs in before the first level exists
Best for
- Seeing what a team of agents split into roles looks like before building one for your own field
- Prototyping a game solo with Godot, Unity or Unreal and a working framework already in place
