His thesis: GSD, BMAD, Spec-Kit own the process and make process bugs hard to fix; these skills stay small, composable, adaptable, and work with any model. - Real volatility, Matt iterates fast, some skills can move to `deprecated/` without long notice
- `/setup-matt-pocock-skills` quasi-mandatory for 7+ skills, non-trivial onboarding friction
- Outside the official Anthropic registry, skill API may move and break third-party skills

- Serious devs who want tooled Claude Code without falling into GSD or BMAD
