Paperclip
Open source, self-hosted app that acts as the control room for a team of agents: you plug in your Claude Code sessions (or Codex, Cursor, a plain script) and steer them from a web interface instead of five terminal windows. Each agent gets a role in an org chart, a monthly budget that stops it cold once reached, work tickets, and a log tracing every tool call. MIT licence, embedded PostgreSQL, no vendor account to create.
Strengths

Limitations
- Corporate vocabulary (org chart, approvals, reporting lines) heavy for solo use
- One more app to host and update, holding the right to launch your agents

- Someone running agents across several projects in parallel who loses track between terminal windows
- A small team that wants to cap each agent's spend before letting it run unattended
