WhatsApp AgentKit
MIT-licensed kit, written in Spanish, that has Claude Code build a customer service agent for WhatsApp. You do not start from a template: the `/build-agent` command makes the model read a CLAUDE.md that forces it to interview you, ten questions one at a time (your business, what the agent is for, its name, its tone, your opening hours, your price or menu files), then write the server, the per-customer memory and the prompt that gives the agent its personality. You test it in the terminal by playing the customer, then it walks you through putting it online and connecting it to WhatsApp through Zernio or directly through the Meta Cloud API.
Strengths
- The interview replaces the template: what only you know, your business and its rules, is asked instead of guessed
- The WhatsApp plumbing (webhooks, signatures, tokens, retries) is already written and you do not touch it
- Trial run in the terminal playing the customer before any real number is connected
Limitations
- Docs and interview in Spanish: you have to tell Claude Code to answer you in your language
- WhatsApp conversations are paid to Meta in every case, whichever provider you pick
- Young project run by a small team: read the connection code before trusting it with your business number
Best for
- Shop owner or freelancer answering the same questions on WhatsApp who does not code
- PM wanting to show in one afternoon what a customer service agent would do on a real channel
