GSAP Skills
Eight skills published by the GSAP team itself so your agent writes correct GSAP: the core library, timelines, ScrollTrigger, plugins, utilities, the React hook, frameworks and performance. The repository is MIT-licensed and installs as a Claude Code plugin or through the skills CLI.
Strengths
- Published by the GSAP team: the API taught to the agent is the publisher’s own, not a copy of tutorials
- Covers the usual traps: ScrollTrigger, cleanup with the React hook, performance
- One install command, Claude Code plugin or skills CLI, compatible with around forty agents
Limitations
- Does not fix taste: without framing the motion (where, why, how much), the agent will over-animate
- Useless outside GSAP: if you animate with CSS or Framer Motion, it adds nothing
Best for
- A scroll-animated landing page where the agent writes timelines and ScrollTrigger
- A React project where the agent forgets to clean up animations
- A site already run through a taste pass (Taste Skill, Impeccable) that needs well-written motion
