Huashu Design
I install Huashu Design because it clones Claude Design as a skill, high-fidelity prototypes, slide decks, motion, infographics, all on my regular Claude Code usage instead of the Claude Design usage limits. Web apps, mobile apps, slide decks, motion design, same outputs as Claude Design at ~90% fidelity.
Strengths
- Skill rather than separate product, runs on your regular coding-agent usage
- HTML-native, slides, web apps, mobile apps, motion design all handled
- MP4/GIF outputs, directly exportable for social or demo
- Open source, auditable, forkable, customizable
Limitations
- No direct Canva export or native integration with other Anthropic tooling
- ~10% quality gap vs native Claude Design, noticeable on high-fidelity deliverables
Best for
- Designers/developers hitting Claude Design daily caps
- Slide decks, motion graphics, infographics generation from Claude Code
- Agent-first design workflow without depending on a separate Anthropic product
