Iconoir
An open source icon library advertising more than 1,600 symbols, drawn on a 24 pixel grid with a constant stroke. MIT licensed, no paid tier, no sign-up: the repository states that as its founding principle. Shipped as SVG, as a font, and as official React, React Native, Flutter and Vue packages, plus Figma and Framer kits.
Strengths
- MIT licensed with no paid tier: the whole set is available, rare symbols included
- A 24 pixel grid and a constant stroke across the whole set, so no visual break between two icons
- Official multi-target output: React, React Native, Flutter, Vue, font, SVG, Figma and Framer
Limitations
- A single stroke style, so no way to tell an active state from a resting one without changing the drawing
- A smaller ecosystem than Lucide: fewer examples, fewer answers when you hit an odd case
- Replacing an icon family already in place bills you a review of every single view
Best for
- A greenfield project that wants a complete set with no dependency on a paid tier
- A team serving React and Flutter from the same symbols without paying two licences
