Strengths

- JavaScript/Python code node: custom logic without leaving the canvas
- Workflows as JSON: git-versionable, deployable via CI/CD
Limitations
- Canvas UI doesn't scale: large workflows become visually unreadable
- Self-hosting requires Docker + server maintenance, real DevOps cost
- Not suited for complex data transformations, code node = crutch
Best for
- No-code automations between SaaS tools: Airtable, Notion, Slack, GitHub
- AI workflows: ingest → enrich with LLM → store → notify
