An online service that turns a long video into vertical clips: it detects the best passages, adds animated captions, reframes to 9:16 and suggests a title per clip. You choose the clip length and, on long content, the passage to aim at, then review the result before exporting. Seen in [Instagram reel Dej1p_IgkuM](https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dej1p_IgkuM/): the author says he got 30 clips in 2 to 3 minutes from an excerpt a creator had already prepared. He also claims “under a minute” in the hook: the two durations contradict each other, it is his statement, we did not reproduce it.
